Dog Walking in South East Edmonton

I own a blue heeler who is full of energy. In the summer time, my partner and I both work 6 days a week 12-14 hour days so I knew I needed to get my boy a dog Walker to help break up those shifts. Dog hogs made it super easy to set up a reoccurring schedule that worked for me and was amazing for Cooper as well. Cooper was never an “easy dog”. He can be aggressive towards dogs his size, he doesn’t like kids and he really doesn’t like meeting new people he doesn’t trust. I knew I needed to be able to trust in his walker to respect Coopers boundaries and treat him with care. Dog jogs went above and beyond my expectations. The initial questions they ask are very through and you are able to go through details of your dogs specific needs. They knew right off the bat about all of Cooper quirks and were willing to help him become more confident with the process of being walked. It was a rough first month to be honest. Many days he spent in the back yard chilling and barking his head off. But eventually with so much patience from the team at Dog Jogs, Cooper started to trust them and started going for full hour walks! Not only have I seen an improvement in him at home, but out in social settings with family as well. Cooper is the fun loving big suck, that I know and love, with everyone he meets now. He no longer approaches with hesitation and loud barking, he is eager to receive pets and especially treats! He has even warmed up to the nieces and nephews that love him so much. I can’t thank the team enough with how blown away I am at the change I’ve noticed in my dog. I would recommend Dog Jogs to anyone needing a dog walker. They are phenomenal!
